From various sources:
The next James Bond movie has vanished from MGM’s slate of upcoming films following the studio’s sale to Sony. Production of the latest instalment of MGM’s signature franchise is now on hold, the company confirmed. The move means that Bond 21 will not now be released in November 2005 as planned, missing its traditional November slot. It is believed producers will be aiming to bring the film out either in the following summer or November 2006.
Hmm. I wonder what means for Brosnan’s tenure as Bond. Will they go back to square one? I’m sure the rumor mill will be flying.

Could mean that Pierce is back - or at least they want to renegotiate.
