We don’t normally post rumors here, but are putting this here in part to stop the deluge of “”Oh, my god - have you heard?” emails.
Phish has registered a new domain (as of 11/29/05), www.jemprecords.com, with JEMP presumably standing for Jon Ernest Mike Page. It isn’t clear whether this is a new label, a new company, or just a site to promo the MSG 12/31/95 release.
The rumor part (as discussed on PT and ohkeepa) is that “Dionysian Productions and JEMP” has purportedly reserved MSG for 10/28/06 and 10/29, and the Philly Spectrum for 10/31/06. Further rumors contend word of a summer 2006 tour. But there is no official confirmation of any of this show news, and at least one source denies that such events are being planned - though does not deny the possiblity of a reunion. As indicated by Trey in recent interviews (that he is “not ruling out playing with Mike, Page and Fish”) and in informal conversations (that they are “working on logistics of a Phish comeback”) suggest that a reunion is inevitable, though perhaps not imminent.

interesting news. would a phish comeback be cool? Sure, why not!!! But am i worried about it actually happening? Not at all. I’m sure they will return sooner or later, once again as phish. but in the mean time, i will remain to search else where for good music.
They will return to Philly. It is our city’s destiny. It will be something like this:

Trey jams out for a minute before he “signals” the band to “fall down”. Several minutes pass and the band is still lying on the stage, prompting security to investigate the situation. All members of Phish, except for Mike Gordon, are pronounced dead at midnight. Mike had recuntly begun taking a Ute shaman’s herbal remedy for IBS and post-diarrheal anal burn; so when the band drank a common cup of Hemlock (brand) poison mixed with grapefruit juice and crushed ice, right before their Encore, Mike’s herbal remedy and the grapefruit acids created a reaction of great turmoil inside of him, so terrible that his body completely ignored the poison (later to eject it through a previously undiscovered orifice) and Mike alone survived the Hemlock.
Mike will testify that all members of Phish believed it was their time to ascend into the Realm of Seven-Sided Figures and Ideals, and the only way to do this is to drink Hemlock together right before playing the theme from Perfect Strangers. The Hell’s Angels are among several who believe in Mike’s story; however, many angry and confused fans put Mike Gordon on trial, a trial that will last until the moon Torpedon has finished circling the planet Harpsicornea for the eighth time ever in the history of time’s past…
Yes the reunion in still in the works for this fall.
I have a inside source that has confirmed this this is no joke. I understand they even have some venues booked.

Phish will not reunite anytime too soon. Don’t forget Trey should be in jail considering the offense he plead guilty to. Pretty sure that he can not leave Saratoga county for a year. Saw him in SPA Park this summer golfing and he has been seen in Saratoga at the Y and downtown. Hang in there Trey; see you soon enough!!!
wow, this is the first ive heard of this. i havnt been paying attention to trey because i kind of blame him for the phish break-up. anyway this is wonderful news. a reunion would be amazing as it always is. please PHISH, COMEBACK.

I don’t think any rumor makes sense until Trey can leave New York. He is currently there because of what happened. Now any rumor after the point in which he can leave I would be siked about. Who knows though, I bet they have enjoyed not being tied to the Phish Monkey as much as we all love it. I wish the Rock in Roll Hall would call them and get them in, and start a tide of support for them. Maybe then Fish will look at Trey, and Page will smile and MIke will say I told you so and they will reunite to rock our souls. Until something massive like that happens I wait for my favorite band to rise from the ashes as I have so many times before.
Some of you guys are way out of the loop. This whole reunion thing with JEMP booking MSG and the spectrum were in the summer of 2006 and then trey didn’t get popped until way later, so those of you saying a rumor won’t make sense till trey can leave new york have this stuff all twisted around. Believe me I want a reunion more than anyone else….. But this stuff is really old news. Anyway I would give my left n*t to go to just one more show!!!
